The Next Gen Innovation Lab develops these capabilities through experience, not lectures.
This isn’t another workshop
It's an immersive innovation experience.
Participants don't sit and learn about innovation.
They experience it.
Working alongside professionals from across engineering, infrastructure, construction and government, participants tackle real-world challenges, test ideas, make decisions under pressure and pitch innovative solutions to industry judges.
Along the way they develop practical tools, greater confidence and a mindset that continues long after the day finishes.
Every participant also receives three months of post-Lab mentoring to help embed what they've learned back into their workplace.

Zoe Eather is an award-winning engineer, Churchill Fellow and PhD researcher who helps people move from overwhelmed to empowered when it comes to technology, innovation and change.
Known for making complex ideas accessible, Zoe combines engineering expertise, future-focused thinking and humour to help people challenge assumptions, see what is possible and build confidence navigating uncertainty. She has worked across government, industry and academia, advising organisations on innovation, technology, data and building future-ready communities.
